参展流程

1.       填写参展协议，签字盖章后传真或邮寄至组委会。

2.       按规定将参展费用汇至组委会指定账号，并将汇款底单传真至组委会。

3.       将 200字左右企业简介、 100字左右新产品介绍发邮件至 yasn_intl@163.com，用于会刊免费宣传。（注：英文内容由企业提供，委托主办方翻译需另行付费。）

4.       组委会收到全款后邮寄《展位确认函》、《参展指南》及相关资料给参展单位。

Exhibiting Procedures

1. To fill in the exhibition agreement properly and fax or post it back to organization committee after signed and stamped.

2. Wire the exhibition fee to the appointed bank account, and fax the original copy of remittance document to the organizing committee.

3. Email your company’s brief introduction in both Chinese and English (within 200 words) and new products introduction (within 100 words) to yasn_intl@163.com for show directory.

(Note: English content should be provided by the exhibitor, or facilitated through the organizing committee at extra charge)

4. The organization committee will send the Exhibition Booth Confirmation Letter and Exhibition Guide to you after received the rest of payment.

1.       参展单位于收到付款通知书 5日内预付 50%定金，到期未付定金，展位将不予保留。（特别优惠： 5日内一次性付清全款，展位费将给予 5%的价格优惠。）

2.       余款于展位确认之日起， 15天内一次性付清。

3.       2009 年 1月 20日 以后申请参展，需 3日内一次性付清全部参展费用。

4.       汇款日期截止到 2009 年 2月 10日。

Payment Method

1.   50% of full payment as down payment must be paid within 5days after receiving the Notification Letter of Payment, The booth will not be reserved if the exhibitor fails to pay the down payment within 5 days .(Special Promotions: Full payment within 5days after signing the contract gets 5 ﹪ payment discount.

2.   The rest payment should be settled within 15 days after receiving the Exhibition Booth Confirmation Letter.

3.   The full payment needs to be paid within 3 days if the exhibitor registers after January 20th, 2009.

4.   The cut off date for remittance is February 10th, 2009.

2005 年，雅森国际创办我国汽车用品行业首个专业展会（ CIAACE），缔造了真正属于用品行业自己的展示和贸易平台。展会历经 5年，成功举办 7届，自创办以来，始终是国内最大规模和最具实效的专业展会。展览面积成倍增长，展商的参展效果不断得到提升。展会对行业影响深刻，引导了本土企业的营销意识，同时为国际品牌进入中国提供了良好的平台。 CIAACE已经成为大多数企业固定选择的展览贸易平台和新品发布的最佳途径。 2008年，通过 CIAACE展会亮相的新品达到 1500余种。同时，展会已经成为众多经销商完成年度采购的首选平台。 CIAACE展会已逐渐成为媒体了解汽车用品行业，收集信息的窗口， 2008年参与展会报道采访的媒体超过 300家。

CIAACE--Focusing on Auto Aftermarket

In 2005, YASN International hosted the first professional expo (CIAACE) for auto aftermarket in China, establishing a trade platform truly belonging to auto accessory industry. Through 5 year’s growth, YSAN has successfully hosted CIAACE for 7 times, making CIAACE the top professional expo of the largest scale in China. The exhibiting space increased greatly as well as the continuous improved exhibiting effect. As the most influential expo of the industry, CIAACE has already become the preferred platform for manufacturers to showcase their latest products and to do business with dealers. In 2008, more than 1500 new products will be launched in CIAACE and more and more dealers choose CIAACE to do their annual purchasing. Increasingly CIAACE has become a can’t-miss event for mass media to grasp the market trends and to collect industry information.

    YSAN will continue to focus on the auto aftermarket and deliver more in 2009.
